Everything was great! The rooms were really clean, check-in was easy, everyone was helpful, and breakfast was available each day. My only complaint is not about the hotel, but about the train schedule. I am a light sleeper, and it did wake me a few times during my visit. Otherwise, everything was great, and I would stay here again.

The room was clean. It had been renovated. Furniture, & curtains looked dated . The bed was comfortable. The lobby and common room have been redone. The carpets in the hallways were worn, dingy, & dated. Overall, the property is an older one, but the areas you spend your time in are new and kept clean.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times for softball tournaments. The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the softball fields. The rooms are clean and also have a fresh clean smell to them. The shower was very clean no mold or dirty stains. Carpets are clean, the beds were clean and comfortable. We were told the owner is remodeling the rooms, but we didn't think the hotel is outdated in the least bit. The area is quite. Plenty of parking and we felt safe leaving our softball equipment in the back of the truck. The only thing we hoped for is a little bit more of a selection on breakfast. They have a waffle maker amd toaster. We did have but 2 disposable cereal in the bowl. And maybe couple of fruits out for us to choose from. The staff sprays the waffle maker once so if used more than once the waffles get stuck in the waffle maker. So I spent most of my time scrapping the waffle off the waffle maker. It would help leaving the spray for use after each use. Sunday we went to Deny's down the road for breakfast. We would continue to stay here when we travel to New Mexico and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Staff was friendly and property was clean. Loved the small inn and how quiet it was. We could not hear the guest staying around us unless we were in the hallway. Our towels were very plush unlike most other hotels. We will be staying again next time we are in Hobbs.

Everything was great about the hotel. Comfy bed and very spacious room. But the breakfast is very lacking. Not much to eat. Bread for toast, bagels, fruit and make waffles. Coffee and juice boxes to drink.

This hotel was conveniently located for us. The room was spacious and clean. However, the couch was like a brick! The breakfast was limited, but fine to get us started for the day. When we checked in we had fresh coffee and cookies, always a plus to us! I would recommend it for an inexpensive overnight stay.
