We will return to this hotel again and again. This place is discreetly hidden away on a residential street just steps from Wilshire and Little Santa Monica. Maison 140 is a bit of off-the-beaten-path Hollywood charm without the high price. Alex Barrios, housekeeping service director, shined and provided some of the best care I've ever received at a hotel. His calm demeanor, genuine grin, and ability to anticipate my needs were remarkable and left an indelible impression.

Excellent value hotel in a fantastic position. The service was great all around, and the bar had a very lively atmosphere. There was a pool available at the sister hotel very close which we used. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the amenities of Beverly Hills.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. Just don't expect anything great. There is no coffee in the room. It's in the lobby, however, there is coffee in the morning. Lots of attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away. The mattress has started to wear out, but there is no stains. AC is extremely loud and the filter is clogged. Low water pressure and carpets in the hallway are very worn. The air conditioner is a little loud and filters are clogged.

My threenight visit at Maison 140 has just ended. Overall, the hotel and staff have consistently impressed me. The lack of recently circulating reviews of the property put me off, but I was very pleased with the hotel! Although the space is small, it made me happy. The storage space was ideal for one person and would be adequate for two. The air conditioner is well-functioning and remote-controlled. Although it's a little noisy, I didn't mind much because I like ambient sound while I slumber. It might be difficult for light sleepers. Be aware that they have a tiny bar, but it is not open on Sunday or Monday nights at the moment. The menu is excellent, and I had breakfast two mornings on the mosaicsister property. Also noteworthy is the tiny pool at the mosaic. I was unable to use it since it rained while I was there, but I will do so again. Due to the value of the location, personnel, and cuisine, I will undoubtedly return to this motel in the future. It was tranquil, calm, and lovely! The new bartender, Randy, I spoke to and I got to know a friendly new colleague who could not have been nicer. Avoid arranging if you are concerned

We left our hotel in Beverly Hills was unsatisfied we called this hotel and vino made our reservations. Not only that, but he was helpful, he even provided us with more information than we needed, he checked us in, and was the best service than the previous hotel we were at! We stayed 2 more nights. The bar was pleasant and comfortable. Good location and restaurants close by. It ended up being a great trip after all. Thank you for that.

Following renovations completed in 2000, this sister property of the chic Mosaic Hotel boasts a modern French design infused with Far Eastern elements.
