Very friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating, a clean room, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a nice view of the ocean from every room. Loved that beautiful parakeets visited our house a few feet away, it was a highlight for me. The bathroom would be the only thing I would change. The shower door was only a half door, so water splashed into the bathroom floor, no ac with the door closed, so it's hot and stuffy there. The opaque sliding door to the bathroom is also pretty but will wake your partner at night as they face the bed a few feet away. The light blasts through the door into their face if you need to get up and use the restroom lol. Also the bar was closed, which was a big bummer!.

The hotel is conveniently located. The shower linens are wonderful. There are few open hours at the front desk, but that was not an issue. The pool was lovely. Request room 801 for a wonderful view from both bedrooms. You should avoid swinging your back while swimming in front of the resort, as I did on day two of our journey and getting crutches if you do so. We had a wonderful stay in a twobedroom condo here. The condo is tastefully furnished, particularly the kitchen. The bath sheets are top-notch. Although we arrived right after flooding and the carpet in our second bedroom was damp and foul-smelling, it appeared to be raining water. They promptly remedied the odor. The pool was lovely.

We have stayed here several times, always getting the single room king bed. We love the beach access, the nearby restaurant, the grocery store and the great area. Kite is wonderful for great food and so is the whole island. Everything is just minutes away by car.

We were on our honeymoon and, when we were there, we were eager for our trip. Little did we know it would be a disaster. When we arrived, they informed us that the restaurant and general store were closed, so there was no food or beverage available. We didn't rent a car, our intention was to enjoy and unwind at the resort before heading out to Maui via uber. Unfortunately, there was no restaurantbar or general store, so we had to uber far more than anticipated. We spent so much money, but we got little return on it. Access to the beach was the only pleasant aspect, but that is fairly standard at most resorts, and the maid service was pretty responsive and pleasant. The room was small and had a sliding glass door for the restroom. When we inquired about the honeymoon package we were supposed to receive, we were informed that they weren't aware of it and requested where we would see something like that. When I sent them the email, they apologized and said they'd get back to us. We had expected a lovely honeymoon, especially given the cost we paid and after our wedding incident. In addition, the resort could not hold our baggage, and if they did, it must be before 5 a.m. because the front desk closes, but we could leave them in the foyer and use their facilities as necessary. I was impressed by their service. I also used their car to rent. They provided excellent service. The beach is the best we have ever seen. Turtles to the north. excellent skin diving. Nice green lawn and pool. Top quality maintenance.
