The hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had issues with the AC, and they were unable to correct it due maintenance being gone for the day, so we were relocated to another room. That rooms electric shade went up but wouldn't go down. When we checked out we made the front desk aware of the problem. We were very pleased with the hotel and the casino.

Our queen deluxe room was very spacious. We were able to look out our window and see deer. The hotel staff were all super nice, especially the housekeepers. It was nice to be able to leave our room and go to the casino without having to drive anywhere. The breakfast was really good.

Simply a great place to stay. Rooms are nice. Everything has been modernized. The new breakfast is great. Staff is wonderful. New fitness facility is a little small but equipment is all new and high quality. And the casino is now open 24 hours. When it works out that Charleston is a convenient place to stay, this is the only choice for me.

This is a great property. It is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you don't know how to play a board game in the casino the dealers are there to make sure you know the rules and more than willing to help you in your betting. You can't go wrong with a stay at the MardiGras Casino and Hotel.

This place is a gem, was very pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed watching the greyhounds race, wish they would put a little more effort into that product.
