For our anniversary, my husband and I stayed here. Wonderful. This is for you if you enjoy humour and nature. For the first part of our week, we stayed in the penthouse suite. It was formerly reserved for the weekend, so we spent the final two nights of our trip in a king deluxe room. Both accommodations were incredibly beautifully furnished and opulently comfy. The penthouse suite has a spa shower and bath to die for. The private terrace and kitchenette. I felt like royalty. Although the penthouse suite has a frame ceiling, be cautious in some corners if you are tall. The king deluxe room has the most stunning deck. The fireplace in the room added an incredibly functional aesthetic. It was a win. The location was excellent. Just accessing 101 and transferring to everything is just as simple. However, the mill valley town offered so much of it's own that you didn't have to leave. One more note we were miscommunication regarding charges while there, and the treatment of the matter was swift and professionally handled with courtesy and genuinely concerned. I was awed by the small town hospitableness, smiling faces, and royal treatment. I will heartily suggest it.

The staff at Mill Valley Inn was accommodating to me, from the room selection to the hiking trail suggestions. They emailed me 2 weeks before my arrival to ensure that my room was on the third level, facing the backyard and having a peaceful and beautiful view, just like I had requested. They also advised me that the elevator would be out of commission during my stay, but they would be pleased to assist me with my luggage. What separates Mill Valley Inn from the rest is this kind of service they provide to their customers. A special thanks to Bryan, Stella, and Lea for giving us the best customer service and the entire kitchen and cleaning crew so that we could stay more comfortable.

When we checked in, we were given a niceie bag containing a halfbottle of excellent red wine and a couple of snacks. Soaring coast redwood trees and a few lovely outdoor sitting areas were all right outside our door. Covered parking is convenient and best for smaller cars, and there are some outdoor spots as well for bigger vehicles. Our creek house room was cozy and had a refrigerator and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, a tub, and a separate shower. There was no safe in the room. Breakfast was superb. Lots of fruit, delicious pastry items from a bakery, oatmeal and cereals, smoked salmon, two different quiches, yogurt, etc. They have self-serve coffee at breakfast, but the staff will make you a unique coffee espresso, latte, etc. Also. The hotel is in the heart of the very cute mill valley, with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We visited Muir forest, stepson beach, points Reyes, Point Bonita, and more, as well as many other attractions and fantastic hiking nearby. We had only two full days in the area and decided to stay in San Francisco, but we are very happy we chose the Mill Valley Inn instead. Highly recommended if in the area.

This inn is one of our favorite spots to spend time, and Mill Valley is in a fantastic location. Over the past four years, we've remained here 5 times. We adore this location. Our ideal accommodations are superior, with balconies overlooking Throckmorton. Noise never became a problem. The early morning and late evening of our trip in february were both cool. The fireplace in the apartment was very pleasant to us. Robert assisted us in parking our larger car, this is the only drawback, and a gift bag with snacks and a bottle of wine. The employees go above and above to ensure that your visit is as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is back! Breakfast is exactly as delicious as before, with quiche, bagels and all the trimmings, oatmeal, fresh and varied pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts, and fresh juices, and two helpful employees available to make any specialty coffee you might want. All items are included in the room cost. In late february, many locations were lax with covid protocols and the state and local guidelines were undergoing change. Nonetheless, everyone here was extremely cautious, masked, and we made it feel at home.

Despite the fact that our first-night request for a brightly lit room in the main building ended up in that same dark room, we decided to send the same back visit this morning. We decided to leave at the last minute to stay at another hotel and see the night before, but the receptionist were really disappointing with the service and the service was quite good as compared to the one I had done before. On the second day, I moved to a sister hotel in Tiburon, where the service and staff were just as fantastic. But more consideration must be given to the personnel's caliber and ensure that clients are respected, and they have the right to complain about them, which is why the lobby is so expensive for the facilities provided by the room. I didn't recommend this hotel, but the situation makes me nervous to write a negative review, but we've seen some issues with the front desk service, and it's very unpleasant when we came back here in two years. When we arrived, we were sent to a corner room with windows on either side and plenty of natural light. We requested a corner room with windows on both sides and plenty of natural light. As if there were no other options for us in the room that had been booked in 2019 and the room we had just rejected was booked. The room we had reserved was booked and had to be moved to a queen room. It was quite
