It's an old-fashioned, humble place. I arrived dog-tired on a hot day, and I opened the door to a welcoming place, already cool for me, everything I needed, everything worked. It is certainly not fancy but seemed like luxury, just my style - and low-priced! These people know what they are doing. I want to return.

It was just not worth the money, the cleanliness was not up to par but it was the most inexpensive stay in the area. Was warm and cozy but details show that things have not been cleaned for along time but understand times are tough for updates.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and there was a Walmart about 500m away. A really nice restaurant was within 200m of the hotel. There were a range of various shops available within a short drive as well.

Room was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, air conditioning worked, there are a variety of food serving choices within walking distance. The property is extremely dated to the point of being visually unappealing. Exterior screams for a paint job. Repairs undertaken in my room were slapped on. It looks like a demolition company is arriving soon to tear the place down and the management is just keeping the place clean and the lights on until that moment arrives? Why stay here? It is relatively inexpensive for the area and as others have noted, if all you need is a clean room for the night they have what you want.

The hotel was decent for the cost. It is very close to Natick mall, which is a nice feature. Rooms are decently clean. The suite has small kitchen, but no dishes , pans, plates, utensils, etc… not sure if that is on purpose or not. In the smaller room, we had to unplug the air conditioner. It is too cold outside to use the AC, and it will not stop running. The manager is very responsive to our requests.

Though the room was very out dated and smelled something awful, the staff was very kind and the sheets/towels/shower were clean. I would stay again.
