The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also made themselves highly available. Two bars in the hotel and they were great. Got a free margarita. Rooms are well air conditioned. A bit cold even. Fun hotel to be at. They had a pool party on the premises and good breakfast and dinner spot.

This was my second time at a Moxy hotel and this hotel was super clean. The amenities were great, def loved the pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Did not use the parking but it’s convenient if no parking in the streets which is relatively a bit cheaper. They have a pool party every Saturday from 12-6 (it wasn’t crowded, it was fun for us). The rooms are small but I knew this before booking. The location is super convenient

Good overall choice for location and cleanliness. Rooms a little small but what can you expect in south beach Extra resort fee for cheap coffee and beach loungers ( we could not find them out there despite asking) is over priced.

My stay at Moxy Miami was exactly what I needed after arriving from a very stressful experience out of the country. From the moment I checked in, Solonge at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Her professionalism and warm personality immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease, and I truly appreciate the care she showed during such a difficult moment. The hotel itself scores very high in several areas. The location is excellent and convenient to everything Miami has to offer. The atmosphere is modern, energetic, and stylish without feeling overwhelming. I was also impressed by the overall value, amenities, and surprisingly good noise level control considering the lively environment. One area that could use improvement would be the food service. While Serena has a beautiful setting, the taste and execution of some meals could be more consistent. I would also love to see higher-quality bar products and ingredients offered throughout the property to better match the overall elevated aesthetic of the hotel. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again anytime I return to Miami. Special thanks again to Solonge for making such a positive difference in my experie

When we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted right away with warm hospitality. The ambiance of the reception area felt calm and refreshing, with relaxing music and a pleasant scent that instantly made us feel like our vacation had officially begun. The staff was incredibly accommodating. We checked in on a weekday morning, and the receptionist was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to talk to regarding any concerns we had. Our room was very clean and well-maintained. Although it wasn’t very spacious, it was perfectly fine since we didn’t spend much time inside the room anyway. The Serene Bar on the second floor was absolutely beautiful. The food was great, and the prices were reasonable as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. I really hope i could remember the receptionists name. 😅

From check in to check out, everyone was so nice and helpful. 3rd time staying and again enjoyed my stay. Only think I would suggest is they get some sort of plastic cover or protector to add to the bottom of the shower door. A lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor near the sink. Just one small thing to look in too. Bar was accessible and convient, pool view this time was still great, will for sure stay again in future visits.
