-Service animals allowed. Some HOAs require advance notice. -Smoking is not permitted. -Parties and events are not permitted. -Check-in is after 4PM and check out by 10AM. -We have a strict age limitation that no guests be under the age of 25 for this listing unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We require 1 parent/legal guardian for every 4 guests under 25. Upon booking, we will request verification of the ages of all guests. If guests do not meet this age requirement the reservation will be cancelled. -Per company policy, we are required to collect a credit card number and signed rental agreement once booking is confirmed. -We will require guests to provide an email address in order to gain access to our Guest Portal containing all important information about entry and access instructions. -We are locally operated and requests all guests text or call our 24/7 guest services team with any questions or concerns.
