Very average or below average. They do the basics but no more. The room was clean but no extras like laundry bags. Breakfast was ok but bare bones like only apples no bananas or oranges. Everything felt like we have to do and we do attitude. Be careful if one goes there on sunday night, there is no restaurant nearby. A very good restaurant and bar are within walking distance but closed on Sundays. Also very hard to find and drive to. One must drive across parking lots to get to the hotel.

Although it is not the best location in the city, I felt secure whilst we were here. It is possible to have coffee and fresh towels replaced in your room every day but housekeeping is absent. The air conditioning was in good working order, and the showers were enjoyable.

I would definitely stay again. I'd suggest it to anyone traveling with pets. I've seen some unfavorable remarks about things at the be old mill inn that I actually didn't have issues with. My wife and I were traveling west with our dog and needed a dog-friendly hotel. The additional fee was quite reasonable. Our room was clean and painted in a couple of years. It was quiet and we all had good sleep. I give a 45-star rating because floors need updating.

The room was clean and had a modern appearance, the room is very quiet. The employees are very kind. The breakfast is very nice. We will come back to this hotel again.
