The room was nice. Staff was awesome, we ate breakfast once and the food was very good but we could smell the cigarette smoke from the bar and casino so we didn’t eat in the restaurant again. There was a band playing in the restaurant each night we came in from the rodeo. Good music!

The Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean. The food was good. The mixed drinks were good. The Hot tub and pool were clean and felt great. They had some new casino games and I won some money.

The outdoor pool was great. The room was clean and very well maintained. We had some good food in the restaurant and drinks at the poolside bar. This overall was one of the best hotels I had visited in a while.

Looked new, very clean. Rooms are really nice. They have a strict code against improper dressing, profanity, behavior. We felt very safe.

We stayed in a suite. The room was attractive with comfortable beds and pilows. The large restroom was very accommodating and luxurious. It’s a very quiet location as well.

Preis Leistung unschlagbar! Zimmer super sauber!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Pretty pool area with fire-pit. Only drawback the cigarette smoke smell from the casino as soon as you walk in the front door. You must walk past the casino to get to the hotel check in. There was no smoke smell in the hotel area.

First time here, We loved the Casino stay and the restaurant food was delicious, staff very nice. We did not enjoy our time at the Mercantile a bunch of jerks work there. Really hope Rhea Drummond reads this. Staff was so agitated, sorry to bug you and ask questions but isn't this your job.... I was very disappointed. The Osage Casino was a great stay even during smoke/fire season (cough cough).

Great location! Didn’t like the smell of smoke from casino the minute you walk in front door.

Clean updated rooms. Welcoming staff. Food very good. Even though there was smoking throughout the casino, it wasn’t too bad for us no smokers. Staff was constantly cleaning and tidying up.

It was beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff is exceptional. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the bed was dreamy comfortable after traveling all day. We enjoyed a little time in the casino too. We would definitely return!
