A refundable security deposit of USD 250 is required at check-in to cover any charges or damages incurred during the stay.
A security deposit $250 (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
For after hour check-in, please pick up the white phone on the wall outside the check-in office for security assistance.

We are excited to announce that Paniolo Greens will undergo unit renovations starting November 15, 2025, aimed at enhancing guest experience and improving our facilities. During this period, we will ensure minimal disruption to our operations and guest services. All common areas, including the pool and recreation center will remain open. We hope to have all renovations completed by the end of 2026.
