It was outstanding in every way imaginable! Went for our honeymoon, stayed in the Royale Suite,naclcony accesswith a view over courtyard,amazing. Rich history inside this mansion,gorgeous staircase in the entryway,not to mention the spooky ghosts to greet you when you stumble in from the convenient Tavern 10 FEET from the hotel! Located in awesome Capitol Hill, tons of local food,clothing and dank close by. Cannot wait to go back and see what Chris has in store for the basement!!!! Will be back soon,,

This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again.

Three of us stayed in a room called Cheshire! It is lightly Alice in Wonderland themed and so well done! Room was clean, spacious and fun! The entire historic property is high quality and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty! On-site 12 Spirits Tavern is convenient with a great vibe! As recommended by the bartender at 12 Spirits, we walked (a few minutes) to Charlie Brown's restaurant and bar for dinner. It has a broad menu, very reasonable prices and good service. We look forward returning to Patterson Inn the next time we are in Denver!

This B&B was delightful. The owner was very accommodating..I had booked a less expensive room on the 3rd floor then suffered a stress fracture and was in a boot during our stay. He upgraded us to a room on the second floor that had access to an elevator at no extra charge. He also has free parking on the premises. Breakfast was a choice between sweet or savory and was delicious!

The property is gorgeous and everyone was lovely. I was able to spend the day at the Denver Art Museum, then come back and tip myself into a hot jacuzzi tub, then crawl into the wildly comfortable bed, and it was all just perfect. The attached tavern has wonderful drinks, and the breakfast was delicious and accompanied with neverending coffee. Only a little haunted, though. :D I hope I'm able to come back again!

Chris was great! He's warm, friendly, funny, and full of information on the Inn and the area. The breakfasts were wonderful. I am sorry for not eating the breakfast burrito but I just love french toast. Our room was exceptional. A claw foot tub and a huge shower made a bath a day a great experience. The area around the Inn felt safe and walkable. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the Art Museum The house is so beautiful, I could live there happily for the rest of my life. We will definitely be back for our next trip to Denver.

We spent two nights in this lovely 1890's mansion. Breakfast both days were great. The attached bar next door in the former carriage house was very nice with good drinks at fair prices. Parking on site was very convenient. Will definitely be back.
