Perfect staycation site for downtown events! Spent my birthday weekend downtown and it was a perfect spot to rest away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get everywhere. Great amenities! Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The listing said that parking was NOT available at the property . I called to confirm and they told me that it is a private garage that is part of the building and costs $24/night . Luckily I called and asked . I had a rental car and needed parking . If I hadn’t callled , then I would have passed on the property because I needed parking . I literally reserved the property 30 minutes before I arrived . They send you a link that you have to complete . It’s like a check in type questionnaire . A bit annoying as they don’t seem to accept or honor the pre filled information from Expedia . I was very happy with the accommodations , friendly staff , price and location (chose location because I wanted to be fairly close to Chase field )

The staff made check in very easy, the place is very clean, secure and centrally located in downtown Phoenix. The pool is gorgeous and has beautiful views of downtown.

I love this building 4th time I've stayed here and will stay again. Love the location and the attached parking garage. The staff for placemaker and the Anova building are great. They have a really cool pool area and a jenga set made out of 2×4's. So creative.

The room was clean, and we loved the apartment style room. The hotel was quiet which was very appreciated. The room came with a Roku tv with several streaming apps available to sign into. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The only issues we had was the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find because the sign listing Placemakr is only on one side of the sign. The way we turned in, you couldn’t see it until you had passed it. I also wish that parking was included in hotel stay price. While we got the discounted rate for parking, it still was expensive to park for 4 days. There are also a lot of homeless people in the area, and it seemed a little sketchy walking around at night. Overall, the hotel was nice enough and we would stay again if we find ourselves in Phoenix. We were able to walk to many bars, restaurants, and to Chase field for a Diamondbacks game.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you have to stay in central city Phoenix. The rooms are clean functional and quiet. The amenities are wonderful. Unfortunately ( and this is not a criticism of the hotel) the surrounding neighborhood is not nice. Almost as bad as Manhattan or, god forbid, Seattle The area is crawling with drug addled homeless people, the presence of which represents of course, a failure on the part of the Phoenix city government So there are much nicer areas in which to stay But if you have to stay in Central city Phoenix, I highly recommend this hotel

Very nice modern unit with plenty of space for a multi day stay. Great amenities between the properties, especially the pool and deck area. Nice location allowing walking to both the ballpark area and Roosevelt Row.
