Came up for EAA Airventure, close hotel with good nightly prices to make the trip worth it. The town of plymouth was small but had a good atmosphere. Hotel was well kept and clean.

Needs new towels, bedroom floors not too clean. Besides that, nice place to stay if you’re racing at Road America, plenty of places to have breakfast and dinner

Very clean room, and easy to access. Only issue we had was the under cabinet lights randomly at 4:45am. They seemed to have a mind of their own during the evening.

No humans weird but it worked because we had no issues, no questions but if we did we would of been in trouble or even not had a place to sleep for that reason I would not take a chance again otherwise place was clean and comfy. Also leeft to get room cleaned and new towels either didn't happen

Newly remodeled with much different operating system. No front desk checkin-you fill out an online questionnaire much like an application to the CIA; you then get a room number and lock code. If you didn't keep the e mail you're in trouble. The automation process means you can't get a different room. We needed a first floor room due to knee surgery-not happening even though we were booked in the hotel far longer than most. There are two automatic ice machines with notes not to fill coolers. good luck filling an ice bucket...

Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.

Rooms are ok. They are slightly remodeled super 8 style. Our ac didn't work properly. Check in was a bit of a struggle with no one on site. We arrived around 6pm. Our room was still being cleaned. All in all a pretty basic /outdated room for a premium price.

Location was perfect for event we attended. The hardwood floors were really dirty made or white socks black, kitchen with no towels, ceiling fan in bedroom did not work, bathroom smelled really musty, shower was nasty, shower didn’t have proper shower curtain, shampoo dispenser was empty. One of the bedroom comforters had crusty white stains. There were not any hangers in either hall closets and no bedroom dressers. There also wasn’t any suitcase stands. Front desk area was out of k-cups before 8am. For the high price we paid it was not worth it!

The room was not clean and did not have 2 beds like the reservation. There was food in the fridge and the bed was unmade. They moved us to a two bed room that was clean but there were beer cans in the trash. I was supposed to be emailed a confirmation code since there is no staff on the premises but I wasn’t. Very expensive room as well.

I would definitely not go back. I thought not having a front desk was good. Boy was I wrong. Internet was horrible. My boyfriend had to log into their Internet every time we turned the TV on. It was soooo extremely so. TV sat and spun and most channels did not work because of the Internet connection. If your not a coffee drinker than you good. If you are a coffee drinker like me, bring your own cup. No coffee markers in the rooms only in the lobby with 15 million lids NO CUPS. Called the number. Said they are mobile will be there in a little while. Waited 2 hrs, no show and still no cups not there when we check out the next following day. 2days there and no coffee cups. Got some from the restaurant down the street. 😡😡😡. Room curtains were broken had to use a hair clip to keep the curtains closed, day 2 no soap. The sound proof is horrible. Hear TV next door and in the hallway. But hey they a full size frig. My eyes, what the new owners did is put a bandaid over a gaping wound. No front desk, saves them $$ that they used on the paint. If you don't like coffee or the Internet. It's a place for. Otherwise, I will never be back. Horrible!!!!!
