It's often a frustrating experience for me to stay at a choice hotel over time. The parking space is narrow and small. The lobby smells odd. The doorbell needed to be replaced and it worked. I am very satisfied with the room. The room is on the small side. New screens and windows are required. The typical wall-evac unit that doesn't operate properly and has a loud fan is out of date. My room's chair was stained and worn. I hope they seal off the outdated, ugly adjacent doors. To is a good size. Lags hard and it sometimes takes 5 minutes for the guide to show up. New curtains needed. Remodeling of the bathroom. Toilets that flush properly. The shower faucet was loose. All of the mini fridge shelves were missing. Deep shampoo is required for carpet. The bed was firm and cozy enough. Pillows were fluffy and newer. The property was mostly quiet and I didn't mind. One of the few hotels in the area that still has smoking rooms. Not sure if I would return.

We recently remained here while visiting San Diego. We chose this location to get away from the I-95 traffic, and from I-95 for those who like to gamble. It is close to a casino, and is just off the highway. The inn was excellent and of high caliber. The mattress was comfy, and the apartment was big and spotless. Quick WiFi was provided, and breakfast was included. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that it was small, more like a huge hot tub, if you wanted to use the pool. Parking space is also limited. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will return when we return to this area of the globe.

We found the staff to be friendly and attentive on the positive side. The room was quite comfortable and clean and used soaps and shampoos were replenished. Noise however was a huge negative. We could hear people talking until all hours of the morning. Traffic noise and very loud air conditioner also contributed to our dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the bathtub had disintegrated areas and the toilet didn't flush properly.
