We checked our bags with the front desk before check in and after check out with no problems. The front desk staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. They have purified water dispensers and empty bottles on each floor by the elevator that was great. Location is in the heart of downtown just steps from Michigan ave and the river walk.

I love staying here whenever I'm in Chicago for a concert! It's in a great location, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, there's several CTA stops nearby, and the Riverwalk and Millennium Park are also really close! The hotel itself is great, the rooms are super clean and the air conditioning was most welcome after our 20 min walk from Union Station! The staff are super nice and helpful and always available to answer questions about the city or give great recommendations! I am staying here again in November for another concert, and definitely looking forward to it!

Hotel in posizione super centrale di fronte alla trump tower, Ottimo per girare a piedi la città. Camera non fancy ma veramente ha tutto quello Che serve anche prodotti per il bagno molto buoni. Il prezzo anche molto conveniente per la zona. Consiglio.

Our second stay here and we still loved it. The staff and location are amazing. Our deluxe double rooms were quiet and spacious. Looking forward to a third visit!

The hotel is conveniently located near the red line and within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was helpful - they offered to move us to a room on a lower floor due to the room temperature (it was over 90 degrees when we stayed there) and also lended us a phone charger. The hotel was very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel that is certainly photo worthy and should be on the city tour. The staff was super friendly and helpful. What I liked mostly about this hotel is how it was located to most of my tours and was right across the street from the riverwalk and provided a great view. There was a little street noise, but it did die down after 11;00 pm.
