Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. There was no hairdryer in the room, but they had them available at the front desk so no problem. Will stay here again the next time i am through this area.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean. The AC worked very well. There are no fridge, microwave, coffee maker available in room, but there are downstairs in the lobby and off the lobby. The coffee, therefore, was better than usual for a motel, but I could not refreeze my ice packs to keep the ice chest as cool. Since this was the end of the trip, it was fine. And it's as advertised; I just "missed" the fact that those items weren't in the room. We would stay there agin without hesitation.

I've stayed here when I'm in Butte for the past three years. Same owner and mostly the same staff which says a lot I think. The hotel is wonderfully maintained and cleanliness is clearly a priority. No elevator, no microwave or fridge, but decent coffee is available 24/7 and free ice is readily available. Nice little 4 machine laundry room with the machines reasonably priced and change available at the front desk. Parking is great even for large vehicles and trailers. It's located a couple minutes out of town but there is a Loves gas station within walking distance. Also there is a really nice hike/bike trail nearby that is paved and goes for miles along a creek. Such a great hotel for the $$. My go to place in Butte.

From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful and courteous. They provided a great bag of treats for my pup. Helped me with directions to several places in Butte. The coffee in the morning was something to brag about. Great quiet place to rest and relax.

I've stayed here three times over the past three years. This is a privately owned motel and the owner is there every day making sure it is very well maintained inside and out. I recognized a couple of the staff that have been here the three years I've been staying here, so kudos to the owner for that. The rooms are exceptionally clean and everything thing worked fine, no problems whatsoever. I like that the windows open. I've always felt safe at this property and parking is ample even for trailers. It's also pretty quiet. The laundry came in handy for me this trip. There are two washers and two dryers - very reasonably priced, clean space, front desk keeps quarters on hand. There is no elevator and no free breakfast but there is pretty good coffee available for free 24/7 by the front desk. Not bad coffee, not bad at all. There is a small beer / wine bar with a few gambling machines. The beers are very reasonably priced and there is a pizza machine - best $12 pizza I think I've ever had so thumbs up to that! There is a nice paved hike/bike trail located just across the freeway. It follows a creek for several miles and seems well maintained and safe.

The room, and hotel was excellent in cleanliness. Aldo maintenance eas also excellent. No blocked drains. All plumbing was right and functioning properly. Seems to be a rarity. Even painting was neatly trimmed. All maintenance done at a professional level
