Staying at Roost Rainey was so nice! It was really well-priced for the area and the amenities included (and the room design felt so luxe and high-end!). It was so great staying in a "hotel" room that felt like an apartment for the weekend (full kitchen/fridge/appliances, washer & dryer, walk-in closet, balcony, pool, sauna, gym, etc). I loved being able to dry my swimsuit in the room before I left so I didn't travel with soggy wet clothes. The only downside is the shower pressure is SO low, it was impossible to wash my hair fully. I had to lean into the (very clean and large) kitchen sink to wash my hair using the spray-faucet. Luckily I have friends in town and could also use their shower if I need to. But otherwise, great stay and would come again.

Was so nice..... funny making entry thru the back at the garage but even though different, I grew to love this feature. Staff was beyond superb! Great room for the value and the location is perfection.

This is honestly my most favorite hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and they thought of pretty much every detail. The red light therapy room, the cold plunge and sauna the pool with pool bar, the staff…all of it was perfect.

Amazing all the way around. Im sure it depends on the room but room 1501 is spectacular. Real plants, lare windows with gorgeous views, amazing lobby staff, close to everything and the cleanliness and smells are the cherry on the cake.

Great experience. Parking was somewhat annoying as the only spot available was 9 floors up. Incredible staff. Note that this hotel consists of multiple floors in a residential building. The units are huge and well appointed. Would stay again.

The space is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is exceptionally helpful. ROOST was the perfect base for my business trip — accessible, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The coffee shop on the ground floor, along with the pool and sauna, were wonderful added bonuses to an already beautiful property. My unit did have a stove and dryer that were not functioning properly, but the staff responded quickly and were very attentive in helping resolve the issue.

Wife and I had a fantastic stay at Roost at Rainey during Memorial Day weekend in Austin. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Rainey Street district. The property itself is new, modern, stylish swimming pool, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both welcoming and upscale. Check-in was smooth, and staf very friendly. That said, there are just a couple of small areas where improvements could make the experience even better. The window shades could benefit from being more blackout-oriented (around 80–100%), as there’s quite a bit of light coming in from adjacent buildings at night (we got a room Facing Cesar Chavez St). Additionally, while the unit was generally clean, we did notice a few strands of hair in the bathroom, which could be addressed with a bit more attention to detail during cleaning. Overall, we had excellent stay. I would definitely recommend Roost at Rainey to anyone visiting Austin and would happily stay here again!

We loved this hotel. We stayed there with our kids. We stayed in the suite and it had two bedrooms. A king and queen bed and two bathrooms. Close to everything you’d need. The rooms were clean, the kitchen has beautiful pots and pans (no lousy teflon pans). It is missing mixing bowls and there isn’t any tea. Fresh coffee beans for the morning and no gross coffee pod machines. Only thing you need is food, seasonings and olive oil or fat if you’d plan on cooking. It’s a loud street but the room with a king bed had a sound machine. Coffee shop down in the lobby was lovely. The staff were kind. As long as the rooms stay reasonably priced we will be back.
