Everything is within walking distance or very well connected to the metro. The lobby was also good, comfortable and spacious. Also very stylish. However, the room itself and the service did not meet the expectations of a selina. The building is quite old, there was a pipe with running water in our room making noise all the time. The room itself was never done during the 3 nights we were there. Overall it was a meh experience. I would not recommend it and look for other options in chinese cities.

This place is the ideal place to stay in the fall of winter. Its close to the lake. Very cozy and welcoming. Great customer service and customers. It feels like the best part of chinese city. Right next to the water tower.

A pleasant place with a convenient location in downtown, with all the necessary amenities. Of course, there are features. Pleasant service and coordination. There are two rooms in the guest room, with plenty of space and a pleasant interior design. There are also rooms for meetings, discussions, and a kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds for sleeping.

Yes, i would definitely return to selina. I was very concerned before i arrived at the hotel, so i was ready to leave the first night. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days in a deluxe room, the room was clean and equipped with everything and a nice view, the bed was comfortable, the tv, and the shower worked perfectly. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in and leave it after checkout, which was very nice. My only concern is that the ac doesnt cool off as much as we needed, so we have to turn on the fan and with the ac getting a little cool air, we were fine with that, i actually can live with a room temperature, but if you are a person who needs ac Run high, this is not for you. Also be prepared to hear the constant sound of water running through the vent. Again, i was fine with the sound, it reminds me of the sound of a humidifier. With all that, we slept well and enjoyed the nights. The lobby was beautiful and kind of hippie, and the customer service was also very nice to us. They tell you in the lobby that they wont clean your room until you check out, which i personally like because you will make a mess anyway every day, and you also need to get clean towels in the lobby. The location is perfect, i give it 5 stars. There are many restaurants where you can choose breakfast or lunch.

Before booking at selina chinese, please check into the hotel and understand what you are booking. We got a standard room at a budget friendly price. Deanna at checkin was amazing when we had a reservation problem. And the room exceeded our expectations. It has many european touches that make the hotel very efficient in terms of space usage and energy consumption. This is a budget hotel, but the perks. Including a location next to lapplicationla and right on the red line, a shared kitchen, and great access to restaurants and michigan avenue. The staff was friendly and the young dorm guests were on different floors so our private room was quiet. I loved it and would definitely stay again. Its not a 5 star hotel, but its a gem in chinese city.

The location is fantastic. Steps away from topnotch eateries and retail establishments. The personnel are friendly. The room is lovely. The bed is really cozy. Nice gym. Excellent value.

I booked a hostel room at the hotel by mistake instead of a standard room. There were 2 bunk beds that could accommodate 4 people. The room was clean. I havent been to a hostel before and didnt expect a hostel like this. They didnt provide locks for the bed lock box, but locks were available for purchase. However, the staff let me check in my bags at the front desk and i only kept necessary personal items in the room. It was a good experience and the staff were friendly. The gym was small but clean. I will definitely stay at the hotel again but i dont like hostels.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis namun kebersihannya sangat buruk. Pelayanan resepsionisnya sangat buruk. Pada malam hari, semua suara di luar terdengar, tidak kedap suara sama sekali. Kamar mandinya bocor, lantai toiletnya sangat kotor, pencahayaannya buruk. Ini pertama kalinya saya pergi ke hotel dan mereka tidak merapikan kamar atau mengganti handuk. Saya menyebutkannya keesokan harinya dan mereka mengatakan mereka tidak melakukannya karena mereka tidak memiliki "pengurus rumah" dan mereka sangat luas! I stayed here with a group of 6 in two rooms in august of 2023. I loved the option of 4 single beds in one room (2 singles and bunk beds, it helped us maximize our trip and minimize our budget. Sean, the manager, was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The ac in the 4 bed room didnt keep the room cool, so he installed a mini split on the same day we mentioned the problem. We used the shared kitchen almost every day we stayed to fill our water bottles and warm up food. The location was very convenient, just around the corner from the Magnificent mile and a short 6 minute walk to the nearest l train entrance. Im very happy we chose this hotel and recommend selina to anyone visiting!.

It was a decent place for the price. In my instance, the room above was being worked on or something, so they started drilling holes into oblivion at 9 am. Otherwise, it was satisfactory. Our room had housekeeping on a daily basis.

This hotel has a good location and is a cheap place to go downtown. But, it might be worth paying a little more for a different hotel. First, there is no parking provided by the hotel, you have to go to a different parking garage which can range from $55$80 per day and also carry all your stuff from the garage to the hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and polite. I have lifethreatening food allergies and asked for a mini fridge in my room to store my food during my stay, but even though i was told it would be over the phone because the rooms lack a microwave or fridge.

I had a wonderful stay on the third floor, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff allowed us to check in early, which was great after an early morning of traveling. Would definitely stay here again!.
