Well for being an old Hotel and with the rate I paid it was an amazing experience as it was so clean, confortable, it will be my favorite spot to stay for my frequently trips to Orlando. Plus is near all the Parks and activities

The hotel is basic in the exterior and in the inside. The room is just as wonderful as a hotel that costs 100 dollars per night. The room was so quiet. The bed was comfortable, the pool was clean. Much better for the 54 dollars I spent. Will stay again. Quite a distance from disney. 15 to 20 minutes.

The best hotel in Kissimmee, the Shining Light Inn and its attractions, is close to Disney World, Sea World, shopping, and fast restaurants. The front desk is always available to assist and responds to any questions you might have. The blonde girl at the front desk is very kind and has great recommendations for restaurants. Prices are the best in Kissimmee, you come with a quest and leave with a friend.

The rooms are basic, with a micro and refrigerator, the housekeeping is very inconsistent and the housekeepers don't enjoy cleaning the baths for some reason. We stay there for seven weeks and no one once the housekeeper was assigned to clean the toilet or bath tube, when I mentioned it, she sends another lady to do it for her. One day they can get your mail, another they can't get your mail. Breakfast is included one week and a cold breakfast with waffles another week you pay roughly $5 usd per person. The majority of the staff is standard, but some are very difficult and want to overcharge even though we have stayed for over seven weeks, shamefully the attitude is just business. If you want to be close to medical time and give kids the world village this is a good option for a few days. Disney, Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove, international drive attractions that are too many, Leland, nasa, cruises, bush gardens, casinos and shopping centers are within a reasonable driving distance of this location.

For the price it can't be beat, microwave and fridge in the room, flat screen tv, room was clean and staff was nice. If you're expecting the ritz for $40 then this isn't for you but if you're on a budget and not picky this is perfect.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN,FRONT DESK ASSISTANCE EXECELENT ROOM DID NOT HAVE A PLEASANT SMELL AND THE MICROWAVE DID NOT WORK AT ALL. THE PERSONEL SURROUNDINGS WERE NOT THE BEST IN TOWN IT WAS JUST FOR ONE NIGHT AND ALL CAME OUT TO BE OK.
