The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had an incredible view of the river. The rooms appear to have recently been remodeled and I slept soundly in the comfortable bedding. Amazing location with ample parking.

Before going outside to smoke, make sure to see if you have a balcony on the other side of that window.... I did not. It was cold but the elevator was quick. Would stay again.

I'm going to start off my saying I absolutely LOVE this hotel. We seen some negative reviews that I think were totally unfair. This hotel is in the process of being renovated. The pool was closed but I called and asked before I made the reservation and they told me everything upfront about the renovations and that the pool was closed. I seen some reviews talking about the breakfast, I'll say that when we checked in the guy at the front deck (who was super friendly and helpful) he told us all about the breakfast and what all was included. So no surprises when we were there. We brought our dog (huge plus) the fee was $50. Our room was clean and we was put on the 7th floor, I believe they put everyone with a pet up there because there was several other pooches up there as well but all was very well behaved! Let's not mention the price. This hotel cost less than any other in the area, you can't beat it especially with the location. It's a nice beautiful walk to the beach, passing by cute stores and beautiful parks. I can't recommend this hotel enough and we can't wait to go back!

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking was easy, but I suspect that is because of the time of year (off season), the parking lot seems small for the amount of rooms. The breakfast was decent and had good options, be aware that there is no hot food served. Mainly bagles, toast cereal, fruit and various breakfast drinks like juice and coffee. The condition of the hotel showed a bit of ware and tear. Our shower door kept coming off the track and the kind man at the front dest gave us another room. It does look like they are working on updates as one of the larger event rooms was filled with contractor materials. The location was fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. Over all my kids and I were very happy and would stay again!

They seem to be remodeling and making improvements. The room was great, our refrigerator went out and they had it replaced within 10 minutes of calling. Beautiful view, staff friendly, and most importantly centrally located to restaurants, dining, and beach. Would stay here again
