The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom for us was well above a 10 in rating. There was no water leaking out from the shower at all. The step in shower was a very welcome extra. As a senior stepping over a tub wall to take a shower is a fear. But here at spark it was so easy in and out of the shower. Staff was extra helpful with all our questions and went out of there way to help us! A great pl as ce to stay on a long trip where you need a safe easy access place to rest for a night! Thank you to Freya who was a great help to us.! Thank you

Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. Only downside was the breakfast, not as many selections as other hotels but sufficient. We would stay here again.

It was a nice stay for a simple hotel...It was a bit loud..not terrible but noticeable.. but it was very nice and in good shape ... we would definitely stay there again

Lynn was so helpful . Even though I'd booked though Expedia, she got my Hilton membership. And she was so kind in working to have first floor with our dog.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Although the bathroom and one side if the bed were wide enough for wheelchair access, the rest of the room was very cramped.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is overpriced for what you get but they are about 20 minutes from New River Gorge NP. The pet fee is listed wrong on hotels.com and is actually $75 per stay. Our room had a gap in the door so it was a little noisier than it should have been. The room smelled musty and the smell didn't really go away unless the air was running and even then you could still smell it. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was simple but decent and hours were generous (6a-10a) compared to other places we've stayed. Not a bad stay if you just want a bed and shower but there are probably cheaper places to stay unless you need a pet friendly hotel.

The continental breakfast was very minimal! The area would fit one family! Very disappointed in that! You have people leaving at the same time so your waiting in a tiny spot and down the hall or just leaving!

Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.
