This was my first stay in a Spark and it was a very nice room. It seemed new and was very clean. I did not use any amenities and besides for checking in, I did not have any needs for the staff. I will stay in these properties again

This was an amazing property. Facility great. Staff friendly and helpful. Location great for travelers. I had never stayed at a Spark before, but it won't be the last. Breakfast was nice. Coffee was very good. Room was nice.

Staff pretty much stayed in the back room. They would come out when asked but often were not sitting out at the desk. Not a major issue. Breakfast is basic, cereal, bagels, muffins, a yogurt machine, oatmeal, coffee and juice.

The staff were all professional, polite, and friendly... just what one hopes for in the service industry. I cannot give the hotel a 5 star rating purely because it is a middle tier hotel without the level of expensive quality and services provided at higher end hotels. Having said that, it is precisely what I needed (economical, comfortable, and meeting all of the basics) in the middle of a long and exhausting motorcycle trip.

Overall, the stay was good. Very loud as you're right next to the highway. That did mean it was convenient getting on and off during our stay. The room and bathroom was clean. The staff was kind. Breakfast was pretty good, especially coming with the cost of the room.

The staff member at check-in was polite and helpful. He assisted when I had issues with the television, offering to change my room, and providing snacks at no cost to cover my inconvenience. The morning staff was not as helpful. When the new tv had similar issues, this staff was rude and stormed out of my room when I attempted to explain I'd just dealt with similar issues the night before. Along with this, the property itself was very dirty, trash covering the grounds outside the hotel. Not the level of customer service one would expect from a Hilton affiliated hotel.

The free breakfast was hard boiled eggs and assorted bagels. The hotel provided ear plugs as it is located next to the interstate. Two light sources were broken. The shower, however, was well suited for seniors.
