Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably return! This was our second time staying with the brand, and we enjoy them! Clean room and nice hotel, as is to be expected with this brand. However, there are a few issues here. When we checked in, everything was fine, but the front desk staff appeared tense and untalkative when we arrived, it appeared that the shift had changed to symphonic people. We were pleased with how lovely it is once we entered the room, however, someone elses name was on the screen, so there was food in the fridge, which led us to return to make sure we had the correct room. A major leak flooded the bathroom floor after we showered. After looking around, i discovered that there had been some wood rot on one of the baseboards, suggesting that it has been going on for ages. Breakfast was good, although with about 40 people eating and only one toaster, they could use another or just repurposed conveyor toar. There are no glutenfree options other than eggs and yogurt.

The rooms are spotless and exceptionally cozy, and the housekeepers are courteous. Its conveniently close to the airport, making it a great option for those who dont mind constantly hearing planes. Additionally, there is complimentary breakfast available. Excellent personnel, front desk employees, friendly housekeeping, excellent housekeep, etc.

Very nice and quiet hotel. I really like it. The only thing i wanted was a hot tub, but we were impressed with how cute the breakfast was. And the options. Yes, there is nutella and apples and other delicious things! Business center and quaint mini golf area ask the front desk for minigolf clubs and balls. Very clean lobby. Rooms are really nice. As mr.

I had a great time here! The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also pleasant and straightforward. There was ambiance in the rooms that was cozy and modern. We appreciated how the bathroom and shower were separated and the bath amenities were refreshing!.

I would definitely stay here again. Amazing staff! My girlfriend was extremely ill, so we missed our flight. They quickly checked us in and provided us with bottled water on the spot. When i went downstairs to get some medicine, they asked how my girlfriend is doing. Not to mention how clean and quiet the hotel was!.

I was astounded by how spacious the room is. For a hotel of this caliber, it was impeccably clean and offered full service. The lounge area is truly delightful. They also offer breakfast, onsite vending and minimarkets in the lobby, and 24hour coffee service is available. I am simply in enchantment with its exceptional cleanliness and amenities.

This hotel was fantastic! The front desk lady welcomed me warmly and professionally when i arrived for my first night there. She also informed me about the facilities offered here, breakfast times, where my room is located, etc. When settling into my accommodation, everything was in order and it was quite roomy. I must add that if you are someone who cant sleep due to some road traffic here and there during the evenings or nights, make sure to get a room away from the main road or freeway nearby. Not to mention that the airport is close by, you may hear some planes flying back and forth from early morning until late at night (id say around 8 p. M. or 9 oclock when there are no more aircraft flying to and from this nearby airport). The housekeeping staff was excellent, and the bed was comfortable for me!.

We arrived later on a Friday night. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even drove me to the airport to pick up i rental car using their free shuttle. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious and perfect for our family. Kids loved the pool and only 20 minutes from the beach!.

This hotel is truly a true treasure for your travels. This place was an absolute dream to stay at. When we travel, we will stay here and other spring hill suites as frequently as we can. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to assist whenever they can, and the rooms are fantastic and spacious and spotless. Breakfast is excellent, with dozens of options to choose from hot meals, cereal, or even homemade waffles, ariana in the breakfast area truly cares about the guests and keeps the area so clean and restocks items so that everyone can get what they want. All of the staff members are incredibly helpful or courteous, helping visitors. They have putting greens inside, i havent had any problems getting food, the indoor pool is spotlessly clean, etc.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is suitable and the exercise area is great for a short walk after snoozing. And then, they have onsite gym. After that, this hotel was spotless. Subsequently, two ladies at the front desk every afternoon and evening were amazing and always helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the irvine airport. Its a nice hotel with upscale entrances and excellent service. The room is adequate in size, but not as large as other hotels. I dont enjoy these types of showers. Midshower, midshowers with plastic tissue to close them. Very clean room. This time, ive not had the chance to eat breakfast. Room setting: 4.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. We had to change the room situation and the service was great. They really took care of us. Decent breakfast with different options. Friendly lobby and cool fireplace outside the patio area. The location is very close to the airport and other common areas such as grocery stores and food. I really enjoyed the couch and desk area in the bedroom, especially if you like taking takeout back. Cons the shower is not properly sealed, so when you shower, water leaks all over the floor. When i uncomfortably showered with the bathroom head pointing in my corner, the ground was wet. If you have a family, you really need remuneration for your bath mat per shower. Cleanliness in this room is terrible and does not smell clean or fresh at all. Refrigerator tip over when opening the door, be aware of this. As Guests, parking your car costs $19 per night. Also, both elevator inspections are expired about 6 months ago.

The early checkin and late checkout process saved my family and me a lot of trouble. I appreciate springhill suites so much for being considerate. All service requests raised through the Marriott app were resolved in less than five minutes. Thank you for making my trip with my kids more enjoyable.
