Property itself wasn't bad. Need quarters for laundry so be prepared if you will be there a while. $4 for washer & dryer. Room was decent. No pots, pans, plates, etc. Be prepared for $100 deposit. There was no mention on the site about it.

When we checked into the hotel, I had to wait quite a while while the attendant was busy doing other chores. When I finally got checked in and to the room, it was very nice and clean. Then they called us and told us they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room and we had to move to another building. This was also a nice room and an upgrade to a suite. However, the TV in the living room was shattered and looked like somebody had put their head through it. It had a kitchen in it with the stove that did not work, no pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, or anything else you would expect to be in the kitchen. It also had a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. In the bedroom, the TV had no reception. I tried to call the office to report all of this, but the phone didn’t work. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water.

The room felt damp and smelled of spaghetti. Poor water pressure in the shower. The floor was dirty. Would not recommend, nor would I want to stay there again.

Room was dirty especially the restroom. No water pressure on the shower. Bathtub was dirty inside and around the tub you could see the dirty and mold. Room was a nonsmoking room and smelled like smoke and mold

I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed.

Upon check- in, I found dirty towels left in the bathroom, used towels returned to the storage area. How could I tell? The towels had dirt on them and stank. The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the electrical plugs didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. No housekeeping services came round nor were they available. Cleaning rags were outside on the balcony. Ewww. If you are homeless, its probably pretty nice. If you expect a clean room and bed, this is not the place you want to stay.
