The check-in was easy and loading made convenient, especially with the elevator. Staff was always friendly and very helpful, and in one situation, went above the call of duty to help us. We are very appreciative. The room was neat and clean and was serviced at our request. The motel is just a few minutes off I-65 on the north side of Decatur and is worth the extra time, espcially if you are visiting local attractions, I our case, the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge.

This is a 5. It is a great place if staying a night or two. It is older but in good shape. The rooms are CLEAN, the bed linens are soft and comfortable. The bathroom was update including a whirlpool tub and CLEAN. There is no restaurant or pool so it would not be a place to stay for a vacation.
