Very fantastic location with a wonderful staff. Lovely older home in sunnyside Washington. The owner, Kristin, serves amazing breakfasts. The rooms are spotless, and the location is close to hiking and wineries around 25 to 30 minutes to prosper and Belmont. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. With fresh baked cookies and an open kitchen, you can feel at home. Excellent location, we'll stay there again the next time we visit eastern Washington!.

I had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were wonderful, and the innkeeper was fantastic! Generous, helpful, and easy to talk to, I highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to the area! I sincerely want to thank the innkeeper for allowing me to begin my sabbatical in such a positive manner! Abbey.

Don't let the office off, which smells strange and is disorganized. The rooms were lovely, and the bed was comfortable. There was a sizable spa shower, and stuffed peppers and sausage patties were served for breakfast. Ive never been instructed to help yourself to ice cream from the freezer, fruit, or biscuits, if you want. It's a shame there wasn't a kettle in the room, despite the fact that coffee was available downstairs in the kitchen. Sunnyside itself isn't anything exceptional, check out the war memorial. Snipes is a fantastic restaurant.

I saw this place as a reasonable choice in Washington wine country. Sunnyside is not the most developed town, but it is decent and in a decent location. Stayed in the Karen room, very nice, very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Honest hosts. You feel at home at night. Great value and recommend.
