In order to see the DCI Drum Corps international performances in Austin in August 1113, I planned to stay in Indianapolis, close to the Lucas Oil Stadium. I stayed there from bug 9 to bug 15. I was able to use my points as a Wyndham hotel and stay in a location that was within walking distance of the stadium. When I checked in, I was amazed by all the artwork around me. The valet and front desk personnel were really pleasant and helpful. There was a washer and dryer on-site, which was extremely convenient because this was the final stop on a long journey. The only issue was the difficulty getting ice! The only working machine was on one floor and was temperamental! Located right across the street was a plus.

Kayla was such a nice manager and she was very attentive to our needs. We had a very delicious cuban sandwich and great chips and salsa and queso. When we return to Indianapolis! She is great.

I've always wanted to stay at this hotel. This is my first time staying at this hotel. I had a great stay. Courtney at the guest services was very friendly. She was so patient and helped us make the booking process easy.

We chose the Alexander as our first stop on our trip to Indianapolis. That was so well-publicized. The front desk employee was amazing, and the valet parking was excellent. The service employees were all incredibly kind. But when we first entered the room, we realized right away that the toilet couldn't stop working and that it would take more than three hours for it to be repaired. We noticed they were really sorry, but they were also having trouble with an elevator, which was unquestionably a higher priority. On every floor we came across, none of the ice machines worked. A once more, the front desk employee filled the ice from the bar when we came down to the front desk. Their personnel was exceptional and apologized. We were finally informed that the toilet couldn't be fixed, and that we would need to turn on and off the water all the time we used it. They, in our opinion, didn't seem to have another room to give us. But, they advised us that this wasn't hard agreed to, it is not, but that we are in a hotel where we go to get away from this. At around four in the morning, we woke up and checked out to locate another hotel in Indianapolis. The manager was sympathetic but did not offer any compensation other than to explain that we wouldn't have to pay the cancellation fee for the following night. The art is beautiful,

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel. The condition of the rooms is nice with a cool atmosphere and great decoration. We stayed here for my girlfriend's birthday and we had a good time criticizing the art. We made a lot of fun. Perhaps they should have hired us to be detractors for some of the pieces before they installed them.
