Honestly, probably one of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed. We had a city view, the room was adorable, nice bathroom, and HUGE it’s giving apartment more than hotel. Also the staff was super accommodating which was super helpful since we traveled from NC

Great property in a great location. The room was well designed, well decorated and very tidy. Welcome amenities add a nice touch. Everything you’d need is available. The stairs may present a challenge for some and you can hear some street noise at night. But it’s nothing that would deter us from staying here again - and we plan to.

Whenever I come to Watkins Glenn I will only stay at this property from here on out. Perfect location, everything I forgot was provided in the room, and haunt the bar downstairs was perfect. I would highly suggest this to anyone.

The ease of checking in, didn’t feel as if we had to rush to get in. The proximity to the center of town was fantastic! The room was set up to relax after a long day of visiting the area. Definitely stop by the JR Dill wine and cocktail bar.

The Benjamin Hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It’s an unmanned boutique hotel, and the process was seamless—they text you a door code, which made check-in incredibly easy. There are only about four rooms, located in a beautifully renovated space above shops in downtown Watkins Glen. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, the largest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and a large enclosed (unheated) balcony room that added so much extra space, although it was winter when we went so if we didn’t use it. The bathroom was truly luxurious: a double-headed shower on one end and a full-size bathtub on the other, complete with complimentary bath bombs—a wonderful touch. In addition to the usual complimentary tea and coffee, they also provided a Nespresso machine and free snacks, which felt generous and welcoming.
