There was hair still in my shower when we arrived. We just rinsed it off and kept it moving. I had told housekeeping we didn’t need it but they came while we were gone anyway. Our table top was also not cleaned when maid service came. I would have liked to use the slippers but wasn’t sure if I would be charged for them? I’m assuming they can’t be reused?

Best view on the strip in my personal opinion , it was my first time visiting Vegas and the Cosmopolitan did not disappoint . I reviewed many hotels to stay at and I’m glad I chose Thai one . From the moment walking in there is a very pleasing fragrance like smell and the cleanliness of hotel . Anytime I called guest service my questions were answered . I don’t think I would stay at any hotel . The view of the strip and Bellagio fountain was amazing . 10/10 stay !!!!

Love the 2 queen bed with terrace fountain view. Room was spacious and has a lot of chairs to relax with. The terrace has an awesome view. Shout out to housekeeping ( whoever you are you're awesome)they had our room serviced, by the time we came back from breakfast our beds were made, everything tidied up and placed new towels in the bathroom. Other than we waited for 2 hours (check in was 3pm) we got into our room at 5 pm (has to follow up on the key line 2x- before we got handed the key to the room,this was the only unacceptable experience) other than that everything was fine.
