Room was clean - bed / pillow were very comfy. Quiet spot but right by freeway - so very convenient- number of restaurants and bars close by. Parking was well lit. Staff were all friendly and helpful- great value for the money!!

The experience I had at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, kind, and accommodating. Very personable and welcoming. The room was very clean and the included morning breakfast was a huge plus. I’m glad I booked a 3 night stay here while traveling to Indianapolis for The Final Four.

I had a very pleasant stay at Tru by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction during my stay was positive, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, modern, and well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and stores, which made everything easier during my stay. Thanks to all the staff for providing such great customer service during my stay. I stayed here for about four days and I am very satisfied with the treatment I received. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant, and everyone was professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good, the room looked clean and nice, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, which made the stay comfortable. The location is also convenient and easy to access. Breakfast and parking were great. Guests next door were horrible, loud and apparently left a big enough mess that the whole staff knew about it. Not sure I would stay at another Tru. The staff was AMAZING. If it weren’t for them, I would be giving this experience a thumbs down.
