The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We were able to check in early which was great. Our toilet stopped flushing around 11:00 pm and we were moved to another room immediately. The front desk brought up our key within 15 minutes and we quickly moved one room over. I was impressed with how quickly the night clerk made a decision and found a solution. The breakfast was delicious! There was a machine that made hot pancakes. There were several pancake toppings to choose from. The kids really like this! This location is already our favorite hotel to stay at in North Charleston, SC. I cannot wait to come back!

We stayed here while my son attended The Citadel acceptance program and paid homage to his dad’s alma mater, which made the trip even more meaningful. The hotel is conveniently located near The Citadel — about a 20-minute drive away. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. They also offer a great buffet breakfast each morning. What truly stood out was the staff — they were tremendously amazing, friendly, and very helpful throughout the stay. They even allowed me to access the neighboring hotel’s laundry facilities free of charge, which was definitely a huge plus. The location also felt very safe and convenient, with nearby restaurants, shopping areas, gas stations, museums, zoos, and the airport all within easy reach. Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again.

The staff is attentive and friendly, the room is clean and modern. My room’s air conditioning unit was unfortunately very loud, however I told the staff at check out and they said they’d alert maintenance. I appreciated the noon checkout since my flight was mid afternoon. I would happily stay here again.
