Last minute stay and on the 4th of July! Price was perfect, staff was great. Beds were absolutely amazing. Only unfortunate part was there was no accessible ice machine. When I checked in we were told The only ice machine that was available was the one on the first floor but it was broken.. if we wanted ice we had to ask a staff member at the front desk. Little disappointing but nothing major. Pretty sure this is going to be our go-to hotel when we come up to Lancaster which is quite often

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tru by Hilton Lancaster East, and I must say, it was a very nice experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly, making the check-in process quick and easy. The accommodations were modern and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Tru by Hilton Lancaster East for anyone visiting the area. It strikes a great balance between comfort, modern amenities, and affordability. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Amazing staff all of them from front desk to managers, to servers for breakfast, maintenance, room cleaners . They were accommodating understanding and polite. Justice the manager helped me with my room accommodations and everyone that spoke to me through text were helpful and kind. The room they moved us to the back of the building was quiet and comfortable we slept so well. Felt like home away from home thank you. I would come again and recommend to others .
