This is an immaculately maintained hotel with a soothing atmosphere. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The location is amazing near to shops and parks in Helen but far enough away to experience the quiet of the countryside. The staff was very friendly and eager to make our stay enjoyable. If you are looking for a relaxing destination close to interesting shops and challenging hiking trails, this is it.

All around a great experience. We were blown away by the champagne welcome and the amazing staff. We had a fantastic view from our balcony in the well-appointed rooms. The main level restaurant was great and probably the best in the area. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful resort hotel. The staff, including Steve in the skylark, was outstanding. There is a pool, a small gym with a steam room, numerous eateries, and a bar on the grounds. Rooms 201 and 202 view the evac unit covered with privacy fencing and rooms 203 and 204 are located on the roof of the smaller building in the photo above, whereas most rooms have a freestanding balcony with a nice view. If possible, request a freestanding balcony on the top two levels or a freestanding balcony. The rooms were immaculate, with a fireplace, a refrigerator, an expansive bathroom, and a seating area. We ordered room service for breakfast, and it was wonderful biscuit love.

After finding it in 2020 and learning that our elderly children were not allowed, we stayed here. Enter 2021 and you're in town. Very clean and new. A short walk or car ride from the main hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. We ate at the restaurants twice and they were good. We took it out to the townhouse and it was still delicious. There's not much around, which is nice. Nice, clean, safe, attentive and friendly, worth a stay if you're in Hell.

What a beautiful hotel! Probably the best customer service I have ever had. Excellent management means impeccable cleanliness, nice furnishings, nice restaurant and bar. Very comfy bed. Michael, the valet was always available and we really appreciated Leanne at the restaurant.
