The place is nice and has huge bathrooms, lots of wood, and a tasty breakfast on the way out the next morning. I lived in Alaska for a long time and understand the extremist right-wing mentality of gunmen, but it was a bit uncomfortable to hear Frank defend the use of deadly guns in the wake of all these mass shootings. He moved from colorado to get away from people and bought some land for himself and his wife, a masseuse. This would be a nice place if not for the gun talk which is unfortunateally associated with the feds huge american flag outside. However, he is polite, intelligent, and informed, if you can put aside his political views. I respect a person who reinvents himself and chooses a comfortable lifestyle.

The host at Fred Teri was great to work with. He always stayed up with my breakfast schedule in the morning. The house is very clean and the water is good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again.

Innilchik was a nice place to stay during our halibut fishing day. Fred and his wife served a fantastic breakfast. The cabin was very nice and modern. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

My stay here was wonderful. Fred was very kind and helpful. Even though I was only staying one night, I had the entire lodge to myself. Loved everything about this place, including the lovely bedroom, spacious bathroom, shower, and excellent kitchen. Fred had coffee brewing and breakfast played out from 6 am when I told him I would be leaving early the next morning. The site is situated in a forest and is great for seeing wild life. Wish I could have stayed longer.

This is a great location for lunch. In Ninilchik, the owners have created a dream. This place does not have a main road. There were three rental rooms for the night we stayed with two granddaughters. Two large bathrooms separate the three rooms. The proprietors bake their own jams on the premises and serve a delicious breakfast. They are really easy to talk with. The wife can also provide a massage on-site as well. One night, we brought the dinner in and relaxed on the patio table out back enjoying the fresh air and open spaces. The next morning, we enjoyed visiting with a couple preparing to relocate to a remote part of Alaska. Roscoe is our go-to meal.
