This is absolutely the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Everything is modern and updated, and we were thoroughly pleased with our stay. Since we have family in the area, I’m sure we’ll stay there again.

Very well maintained, up to date facility. Room was clean and very quiet. Great breakfast area, with lots of choices. Staff I met was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my visit to Ipswich and your hotel. Will definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Check-in was a little confusing, but other than that it was a great stay. Super clean, very quiet, comfortable beds, and one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

It was a very efficiently ran establishment. Gave you the opportunity to use one's own integrity, principles, and good judgement.

Very nice property, clean, quiet, organized. Arrived late and left early, so no interaction with staff. Kiosk did not recognize reservation barcode on phone, so had to enter additional info to find reservation and get room key.
