To ensure security, safety and comfort for all residents, please observe the following rules:
Quiet hours
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, shouting and other disruptive noise are not permitted.
No parties or events
Parties, events and large gatherings are not allowed in the apartment.
No smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas, including hallways, elevators and the basement.
Registered guests only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please inform the host in advance if you plan to receive visitors.
Maximum occupancy
The number of guests must not exceed the occupancy limit stated in the reservation.
No pets
Pets are not allowed unless approved by the host in advance.
Common areas
Please keep the lobby, hallways, stairs, elevator and basement clean. Do not leave personal belongings in hallways or emergency exits.
Parking
The parking area is located in the basement directly beneath the building. Parking is available for petrol-powered motorbikes only, with a maximum of one motorbike per room. Cars and electric motorbikes cannot be accommodated.
Security
Do not share access codes, keys or building entry information with other people. Please lock the door when leaving the apartment.
Fire safety
Do not light candles or incense, block emergency exits, or move fire-safety equipment.
Property care
Please use the furniture and appliances responsibly. Report any damage or maintenance issue to the host as soon as possible.
Waste disposal
Please dispose of rubbish in the designated area. Do not leave rubbish in the hallway or outside the apartment door.
No unauthorized commercial activities
Commercial filming, photography, business activities or receiving clients at the property require prior approval from the host.
Building regulations
Guests must comply with the instructions provided by the host and the building management.
Close the building entrance door after entering or leaving between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following morning for security purposes.
