All the staff, especially the concierge John, were extremely friendly and helpful. John arranged activities, scooters and coordinated our difficult connecting transportation requirements. The spa was amazing and our room was by far the most beautiful, modern and well appointed of any we've experienced. A spectacular view, extremely comfortable bedding and uncommon conveniences like an in room Nesspresso, auto dimming cove, recessed and under cabinet lighting made it feel very homey. Unfortunately, the property itself is still recovering from a recent typhoon and our January visit probably didn't help appearances but we can't say enough about the staff and accommodations.

Nous avons eu un incroyable séjour à l’hôtel Angsana. Parfait pour relaxer, vous avez accès à une piscine sublime et une énorme plage pratiquement à nous seuls. Les employés sont très attentifs au besoin et le buffet est très bien. Le restaurant à la carte est très bien aussi.

Transfer service:
For your journey from Hanoi to the Resort, please consider the travel instructions below:

1. Car transfer from Hanoi to Ao Tien Port, Van Don, Quang Ninh: book a private car or use a ride-hailing service. Estimated travel time: 3 - 5 hours depending on traffic
2. Boat transfer: Enjoy a scenic boat ride from Ao Tien Port to Quan Lan Island. Estimated travel time: 50 minutes
3. Shuttle to Resort: Our shuttle bus will take you directly from the Port to the Resort. Estimated travel time: 15 minutes

To facilitate your transfer from Hanoi, we can arrange a private transfer for you at VND 3,000,000 for a 4-seater car (one way, all tolls included). We also have other vehicle options that might better suit your needs, please contact us directly for more details.

Our two-way shuttle boat and bus service is available at VND 1,200,000 per person, covering the journey from Ao Tien Port to the Resort and back. Guests need to book the service in advance to be informed of the boat schedule. Guests are advised to arrive at Ao Tien Port at least 30 minutes before departure time for Vietnamese and 45 minutes for foreign visitors (to allow enough time for registration and boarding).

Foreign visitors need to present a valid passport and visa. For those residing in Vietnam, please also present your Temporary Residence Card (TRC).

Policy for additional guests:
If the number of guests upon arrival is different from the number of guests in the booking confirmation, the resort will apply the following surcharges:
- Adult: VND 1,400,000 net per person per night, inclusive of breakfast and an extra bed upon request, subject to availability
- Children 12 years old and above are considered adults and will be subject to an adult surcharge
- Children 4 – 11 years old: VND 250,000 net per person per night, inclusive of breakfast, sharing existing bedding with parents
- Children under 4 years old can share the existing bedding with parents free of charge. A complimentary baby cot can be provided for children under 2 years old upon request, subject to availability
A one-bedroom unit can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 3 children under 12, but the total number of guests must not exceed 4 per bedroom.

• Payment Fraud Control:
To protect booking guests from fraud, guests checking in must have the same name as indicated in the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the Resort reserves the right to request guests to contact the booking site to update the check-in person.
