- Asahi Luxstay will report any suspected activity. We reserves the right to enther any area of the apartment, including guestroms, should there be a clear and valid reason forr suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect other guests, our staff are at any rick
-A damage deposit of VND2500000 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
