Arrived late from the airport and stayed overnight. Pleasantly surprised by good service, clean rooms, central location and free herbal tea, various other beverages, and water available in the lobby all day and night.

Budget hotel with good room rates in the heart of hanoi. Despite being on a small street, the main road is only 50 meters away. Within 100 meters are several stores, including money exchange, mobile sim, clothes, and massage parlors. However, there was no noise in any of the rooms. The staff is very helpful and polite. They are very attentive and always ready to help. When there wasnt an electrical problem in our room for one night, they upgraded us to idy hotel of higher caliber. Really appreciated. We stayed in lone family room, which was crowded because it had 1 queen and 1 single bed. Due to the shared walls of this building, windows were not available, something that is quite common in haiti. Although the bathroom was clean, it didnt have utmost security from inside. There are no problems carrying luggage to your room because they have an elevator. It was delicious when they served incredibly freshly prepared breakfast, but the menu remained the same, making it boring.

The hotel is located on a street surrounded by massage parlors. Breakfast was only served with very limited food items. Limited staff available to serve breakfast. It took them hours to prepare simplest breakfasts like bread and butter. They were scared when they had to cook breakfast for fewer foreigners. Comfortable boilinhg noodles and serving. Still not reaching the level of serving foreign guests. The staff was polite and soft spoken.

I wish i had more time to stay longer. This hotel is in a great location, down saunter alleyway in the french quarter. Good food spa and fresh fruit are all nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Free coffee and juice in lobby. Peter the manager is the best part. What he is! He is very helpful and friendly. Hes an absolute gem. Can arrange all your tours and transportation efficiently and speaks excellent english. Thank you aviary hotel.

The location is excellent, and the staff is very helpful. My family and i stayed here a few days ago. Mr. Peter and his team were amazing, making sure our stay and visit were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and has good facilities. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We contacted them at the last moment and they recommended another hotel that couldnt accommodate us. They are located in the old quarter of hanoi where everything happens. I would recommend it.

My friends and i had an amazing time at the aviary hotel! It was conveniently located in the old quarter of vietnam, close to all the shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind to our needs. I would highly recommend it!.

I stayed here in march 2023. Peter, the manager, does an excellent job! I returned in this march and he kept our luggage while we went on a cruise through halong bay. After returning to the hotel, i received our train tickets and transportation to get to and from the station. Ask for him, his tours are also organized. One stop shopping is my kind of place. Thank you once more!.

This hotel has a good location. The room is equipped with air conditioning. It is clean and the laundry service is good. They allowed us to store our bags while we were away for ten days. As someone who eats mainly, i really appreciate the breakfast.

This place is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are quite modern and spotless. Very kind and helpful personnel, they assisted us in making a 7day itinerary that included everything we needed. All transportation, including boarding the bus to hue, the shuttle to halongbay for three days, two days in sapa, and one day in sinh binh.

Excellent boutique hotel located in the center of old hanoi. The staff was outstanding, the rooms were a good size and clean. Breakfast was prepared for us each day. Highly recommended.

Great location, great price and amazing staff. You get what you see, 10/10, quality rooms and affordability. What you dont see is how good the staff is. When i checked in, phuket asked what ive wanted to do in hanoi and helped arrange everything. He was very responsive on WhatsApp and made sure he was taken care of me. Peter treated me like a family. I will be back because of him.

I heartily suggest this place! Excellent boutique hotel in the center of old hanoi. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is courteous. Our hotel manager went above and beyond for us. Good beds and clean rooms. Every day, breakfast was prepared for our guests. Loved hainoi, and the hotel was the cherry on top.
