The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and especially if you check in after 17:00 (the staff is only around until 17:00). They will let you leave the luggage there if your room is not yet available. Check-out is a bit chaotic for me in that I let them know what time I would be checking out and sent a message that I was coming down (as requested). There was no one at the desk. I left the room key and gate remote control at the desk. I still received checkout instructions 24 hours after I had already checked out. If you only have data (as many tourists do), but no call feature, it could be challenging for you to contact the staff (via calling).

This place is in an excellent location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any request. The place was very clean and well maintained. The entrance is in a residential alley and is very quiet at night. The room had plenty of amenities and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wir haben vier Nächte in den Bi Eco Suites verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und entsprach den veröffentlichten Fotos. Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Train Street war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Das Personal war freundlich, und auf Anfragen wurde zügig reagiert. Täglich neue Handtücher zu erhalten war zwar nicht unbedingt nötig, dennoch wird an vielen anderen Stellen sichtbar Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Die Ausstattung eignet sich auch gut für längere Aufenthalte; insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Fazit: Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, besonders aufgrund der zentralen Lage.

I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi.

It was in a quiet and safe area. The room and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind. If you have WhatsApp, you can communicate very smoothly with the hotel staff. Our flight arrived very late at night, but they provided us with Airport pickup service and waited for us to safely arrived at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Das Personal war sehr nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen und Anliegen könnten wir uns immer melden. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber. Es lagen immer Fische Handtücher bereit. Insgesamt sind wir wirklich positiv beeindruckt. Sollten wir erneut nach Hanoi kommen so wird diese Hotel unsere erste Wahl sein.

Kamar yang bersih di pusat kota, staf dan tuan rumah yang terbaik, desain yang nyaman, lingkungan yang aman, dan konsep kamar mandi yang seksi (sangat direkomendasikan untuk pasangan). Namun, kekurangannya adalah air panas membutuhkan waktu setidaknya 10 menit untuk siap (membuang banyak air), lokasi yang sulit ditemukan, dan selalu penuh. Pasti akan kembali lagi!

We stayed here for 15 nights. I highly recommend staying! Their rooms are spacious enough for us, conveniently located, quiet and safe. Walking distance to everything. 5 nights make up the room but change towels every day. Minh cafe and noodles shop have good coffee and good quality beef noodle soup. There is a mini store nearby.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood because it is in a small alley. If the furniture is moved, you can see your upstairs neighbors. Very spacious and spotless. The only thing that doesnt like is the shower floor.

I stayed at this place for 3 nights. Its strategically located in the middle of tourist attractions. Walking to the center of the old quarter easily takes 10 minutes or more. The alley looks dark, quiet and creepy at night. Just stay sharp. There is a mini market nearby. No fuss checkin or checkout. I arrived there after 9 pm and madam thao was very responsive (at remote opening the gate for me). The instructions are clear and easy to understand. Very limited distance between blocks. You may be surprised by how close the room is to the other residential block. So the curtain closed all the time for privacy. Water quality is questionable a slippery feel stays on the skin after washing. Water pressure is good. Overall a comfortable stay. Value for money.

Kamar dan layanannya luar biasa. Lokasinya agak sulit ditemukan, tapi jika terbiasa, oke. Namun, sikap tuan rumah menjadi masalah. Mereka memperlakukan saya dengan sangat baik ketika saya menginap, tetapi setelah itu perlakuannya yang paling buruk. Hanoi menyenangkan, tetapi karena orang-orang ini, saya tidak ingin tinggal di sana lagi dan tidak ingin pergi ke sana lagi.
