I was able to use the restaurant until 10 pm because everyone was so nice. The swimming pool and sauna facilities are also very good. My room was very clean. It is far from sapa town 3040 minutes by car.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore the stunning, unique nature and tranquility. Its a 30minute drive and quite rocky one from Sapa town with all the restaurants, but this one is close to nature, has beautiful views and delicious food at their own restaurant. The staff is also very friendly and helpful in organizing activities (with one of the best friendly local hiking guides). Oh, and for the restaurant, try one or more of their set menus they are very affordable and have great options.

This hotel receives an excellent overall rating, and it is highly recommended. Excellent service they are incredibly helpful with whatever you ask. They organized everything for us, from customized tours to taxis to the town or airport, just fantastic service. Clean and spacious rooms far from the hustle and bustle of sa pa town. The not so good i expected the location to offer a more peaceful experience because it was far away from town, but it wasnt close to main road, so you could hear the cars and motorcycles very clearly. In less than ten minutes, the water temperature in the shower changes from hot to just warm. If you want to eat outside the hotel, there arent any options nearby, therefore you must request cabs.

I had the best experience during my two days at sapa eco villas and spa resort. The room and service were exceptional. I was seeking a tranquil getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and this place was the perfect choice for me. Once again, the service provided was commendable, as did the staff members who speak english well. Compared to other accommodations ive been to, this one offered excellent service.

We chose this place because of its peaceful atmosphere and was also rewarded with fresher air. A family of four can stay at the villas, which overlook rice fields, villages, reservoirs and dams. Large groups may need to stay in apartments above the main reception area, giving you a view of the Villas located downhill. If you are accompanied by ten people, i would suggest the cottages for the view. The service staff is an excellent group. They were sincere, polite, and honest. After he checked out, we received emailed from the booking app we used that ive overpaid usd 170. Su assured me that his money would be returned to me as soon as possible. To be fair, the same night after supplying them with the necessary information, money was sent to my account. Bravo to Tom (Boss), Su, Hu Chi, Chilli, Son, among the rest of their service crew. Rooms are comfortable and useful. Perhaps, I thought they should consider installing u.S. In the apartment where ill stayed, perhaps they ought to think about installing one. You might want to check with property to see if utilizing

This place is highly recommended! Worth the price, its a little far from the city center and in the mountains, but the view is worth it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and varied activities. Breakfast is based on supper buffet they try their best.

This place is truly the best! I cannot express how highly i recommend it. The staff is excellent and courteous (they are a family) and the rooms are simply stunning! On arrival, they upgraded our villa, which was incredibly thoughtful of them. Food is adequate, and there are plenty of options on the breakfast menu, including the coffee being the finest youll ever have. Although the resort is tucked away from the city (about 12 kilometers), it is definitely worth it if you want to be in the middle of nature. From the room and even the pool area, the view is breathtaking! My mother received s foot massage at the spa, both of which were excellent! Overall, all facilities are 5star, reasonably priced, low prices. To be honest, despite my expectations for our stay, it turned out to turn out that it was the greatest resort ever! The only thing ill regret is that we only stayed for 2 nights and 2 days, but ideally, this is the one and only me.

This place is highly recommended if you visit sapa. Amazing location with breathtaking views. The rooms are really nice, clean, and very comfortable. There is also a dining room and terrace that are amazing, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

The location is quite good, and the swimming pool is a lot of fun. The hotel is somewhat out of the way, so there arent many options for eating and drinking without bringing u. S. However, in the hotel restaurant, there is an excellent menu for foreign tourists. After requesting cabs from or to Sapa via whatsapp, the hotels staff is always helpful and makes them available right away. Excellent amenities include massage, laundry service, motorbike rental. Many thanks for it! We were also permitted to check in early and leave late. This allowed for establishing dependable connectivity with the night bus, which was really wonderful. Thank you very much!.

This resort is one of the most beautiful. The stay is very calm and peaceful. You should spend at least one day and two nights at the resort. This place is best when friends are accompanied. Each villa has a private balcony. Its tucked away from the main sapa city. However, it has everything you need in the hotel. Also very friendly and welcoming staff. Food is also good. They serve breakfast boxes in case you have to leave early in morning.

We had a wonderful time here. Unfortunately, on the first day of my stay with food poisoning from hanoi, i was sick, but the hotel allowed us to check in early, brought toast to my room, and offered to prescribe medicine. Throughout our entire stay, they were so gracious that ive never asked for more. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the pool and the hills. They also organized spotting trips with specialized local guides, which was very interesting. I heartily suggest this location.

I had a great time at the villa, and the views were breathtaking. Although the location is tad outside of the city center, you can still hire motos, which the hotel helps you book and arranges for your driver, while the town may be crowded. I dined at this hotel for dinner, but the atmosphere can get chilly. If you are seeking reassurance of luxury and peace after waking up from hordes of activity, i would suggest this villa to you. You can use your bank card to withdraw cash, as they offer an option for withdrawal.

My partner and i had an amazing stay at eco villas and spa! We enjoyed the location because it was quiet and had a remote feeling with tastier views of the valley and mountains. The accommodation consists of several standalone bungalows, each with its own balcony overlooking the mountain. Breakfast and dinner options are available at the hotel, as well as onsite swimming pool and facilities. If you decide to leave the common roads, the lodging offers guided trek tours, which are recommended. We signed up to hike through the mountains for 20 kilometers before returning via the river. A hike that was essentially hardly followed any path, hence the importance of having seasoned local guides. Amazing experience! Great and affordable food, so we didnt bother going anywhere else for dinner.

I visited in october 2022. It remains the best resort ive ever been to abroad i truly loved and miss the homecooked food! The resort is situated quite isolated from the main town of sapa, yet it offers stunning views of the surrounding area, making it ideal for those seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway or accommodation to unwind and reconnect with nature. The staff members were also exceptionally friendly, and the customer service was exceptional. When he was there on my birthday, they decorated my bed with flowers and even gave me supper if ill give it ten years! It was by far my most memorable birthday for me! I would without denying that recommending it to anyone visiting sapaka, which explains my experience. For those who enjoy animals, there are many dogs in the villa, as well as lone birds that come to visit!.

Sapa eco villas and spa is a fantastic place. The rooms are roomy, spotless, lovely, and feature dazzling verandas. You will be greeted warmly and assisted in any way by the staff! Additionally, the additional services such as day tours or massages are excellent. Its essentially tucked away in fewer rural areas. I wholeheartedly endorse it, especially considering the delicious cuisine!.
