COMPENSATION AND REGULATIONS
- Penalty: Damage of towels, beddings or other assets caused by guests will be charged according to market price.
- Fin is located in a quiet and secure alley, so let's help maintain general security. No loud noises after 10:00 PM, no littering on the street or in public areas, and no use of prohibited substances.
- Room rates include: complimentary use of cooking spices, complimentary use of equipment, washing machine, fabric softener, and detergent.
- Fin is equipped with CCTV surveillance and is under strict local security control. If anyone is caught causing damage or vandalism to the property of the house or other guests, or engaging in any actions that violate Vietnamese law, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
- For security reasons, cameras are installed in the living room. Please note that the cameras are solely for security purposes and will not infringe on your privacy rights.
- Please contact us if there's anything you're not satisfied with or need assistance. Fin always wants to listen and satisfy our beloved homies with 5-star services at "buddy" prices.
- Please give Fin a 5-star rating if you're satisfied with what Fin provides. Fin may be removed by Airbnb with your 4-star ratings.
- Fin doesn't have a TV in the living room: TVs in Airbnb homes are targets for thieves.
