The location is good, so i recommend staying here! It was a wonderful experience to stay at the flaco hostel. The room is very clean and spacious. After returning from our trekking trip, we were allowed to remain in the room until 6 p. M. Even though the hostel was fully booked for labor day. We wanted to change the night bus to the day bus at last minute, and he fixed everything for us. Nothing was an issue. When we arrived at our new hostel, the owner picked us up to take us to it and drove us there, meanwhile, she waited for me on the bus.

Look, this is a hostel. For what it is, we found it to be very nice, cheap, and comfortable but also stayed in their nicest room with lake view. By vietnamese standards, the rooms are clean and there even have small amenities in the private bathroom. Its easy to walk anywhere you need to go from here. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help you out. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is basic but the staff is very kind. We stayed here just during the day since we took a night bus to leave from sapa (bus stop nearby the hotel). And we found pho place right next to it!.

We can recommend this hostel without a doubt that you will have savoring your stay. Excellent and spotless accommodations, excellent and helpful staff (speaking english), especially the owner. Thank you for the Vietnamese green tea we had on our last day and for talking to vietnamese and local people. It was wonderful to learn naiveties about vietian culture. We stayed in idly view of the city and mountains, which was great because the town looks amazing at night but the mountains are so beautiful in the morning, so it was well worth every penny.

This place offers excellent value. They allowed us to check in early in the morning and let us know in advance. The room was pleasant. However, contrary to what some reviews claim, the rooms are completely nonsoundproof. Additionally, as some websites claim there is no breakfast included. I cant complain, though.

I arrived there around 4 am yesterday and discovered el flaco, the owner of the place, who was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, i didnt stay in the hostel so ive cant tell you about the rooms but the host is very nice and his english is perfect. Thank you again, flasco!.

We had a great time at this place, we reserved 4 rooms for 3 nights. The location is quite close to the city center and is cozy and spotless. They also have incredibly adorable kittens. Their owner is amiable and supportive.

This place offers excellent value for the money, with clean and comfortable beds, a convenient lakeside location, and friendly staff. They changed our towels, provided us with water, cleaned the room, etc..

I reserved a room here for one night. It was reasonably priced, cozy, and spotless. The bed was quite decent and not too firm like some of the others ive slept on in Asia. In terms of location, it is also conveniently located away from the bustling center yet still close enough to be useful. All in all, i would suggest staying here.
