This is a beautiful beachfront resort. The view is amazing! If the ocean is rough or not your thing, the pool is also wonderful. It is a very busy place and we found the noise to be a bit much so be prepared for this. We had the buffet breakfast included in our package and the food was good with a nice selection however they tended to run out of items after 8:30 or so. The beds were very comfy and the staff were extremely accommodating. Rachel at the front desk provided excellent customer service. The spa is very busy and we didn't get our complimentary steam/sauna as promised but this was a minor detail. There is a free electric taxi that goes in to and back from town centre every 2 hours which is a nice option to have. Overall we really enjoyed treating ourselves to this resort and would recommend it!

Arguably the most stunning hotel/resort I've stayed in, woke up to a breathtaking ocean sunrise from my balcony window. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff, and a convenient buggy service to and from town. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Cat Ba.

Staff is very helpful and kind. Hotel is beautifully located at their own beach with amazing views. However, the guests are very loud and doing fotoshoots everywhere, very annoying. Please make designated areas where they can make fotos.

Leider haben wir uns trotz des schönen und sauberen Zimmers nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden permanent von Angestellten des Hotels gefragt wenn wir einfach nur über das Gelände gelaufen sind was wir machen und ob wir Gäste seien. Im Spa wurden wir gegen unseren Willen von einer Mitarbeiterin fotografiert und als wir dies bei ihr oder an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, wurde so getan als würde man uns auf englisch nicht verstehen (obwohl dies vorher kein Problem war). Zudem wurde ab 6 Uhr morgens bis 22 Uhr abends laute Musik im Flur gespielt, was man im Zimmer auch stark hörte, so dass ein entspanntes in den Tag starten nicht möglich war.
