I have reviewed the Splendid Premium Hotel before as I have stayed there multiple times and loved each visit. The friendly smile of Cindy and the rest of staff is such a delight. The Splendid Premium Hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter and exactly what I wanted and this hotel was the perfect base for it.

Nice clean hotel in an excellent location. It was very convenient to many attractions, including the Thang Long Puppett Theatre, shopping street, and Ngoc Son Temple. The staff were very helpful, especially Phoebe. The breakfast was also very nice. The only drawback was the pool was not kept clean, with clothes and food left on the tables and in the pool. Otherwise, great visit. Would likely stay here again. 4.4

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was just right for our family of 4. Bathroom was fine but can be bigger and have a shower curtain. Although the hotel had some floors and rooms doing renovations, it was not much of a nuisance. We were quite happy with the hotel, especially the staff.

Ann, the hotel manager, runs a tight ship. She was on top of things: listened to feedback, made accommodations, helped with recommendations, and solved any issues we encountered. It’s a small hotel like most hotels in Hanoi but you can tell they made an effort in their furnishings and cleanliness, and they have a well-trained and cheerful staff who anticipate your needs. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bed was comfortable. And the amenities were more than sufficient. The location was fantastic. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Everything starts with the warm and professional welcome from the entire staff, under the leadership of Ann, who does an outstanding job. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the restaurant on the top floor offers a magnificent view of the lake. My family booked this hotel on the recommendation of our friend who stayed here last year and it did not disappount The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations suited our needs (family of 5 in the family connecting room), rooms were clean.and the location was very easy for us to navigate the city during our visit. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and were very impressed by the selection and quality. We will definitely be back!

The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. Cindy and the staff greated us every time and made us feel like VIPs. Rooms were spotless, good quality bedding, and could sleep well. Beautiful view of the lake area from the rooftop bar. The included breakfast was high quality and had a good variety. Very happy with our experience and would recommend it to any tourist looking for an excellent value in the heart of the tourist area.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during our family trip to Vietnam. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Hanoi. A very special thank you to Cindy, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. She helped arrange our tours to Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Ninh Binh, making everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Her recommendations were excellent, and every detail was well organized. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy some of the highlights of Vietnam without having to worry about logistics. We would also like to thank Dong and Ann, as well as May, Lily, Bob, Anna, Phoebe, and Hugo, for their friendliness and outstanding service. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The hospitality at this hotel was truly exceptional and was one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed 7 nights here across 3 bookings. This hotel became our hub as we explored Ha Noi and short trips to Sa Pa and Halong Bay. Exceptional staff including Cindy, Bob, Hannah, Jessica, Fish, Dong, Hugo, Anna and so many more staff that went above and beyond to make our stay special. Great location walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake and lots of cafes and restaurants. Incredibly delicious breakfast and the best room service we have had in our travels, both in terms of food quality and customer service quality. Spacious room with quality mattress, strong hot water, good water pressure and air conditioner. Jacuzzi pool on the roof top was set to a good temperature and the roof top bar had nice views of the city. Beautiful reception area and a relaxing spa where my husband I had a healing hot stone massage by Sah. We highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, especially families with young children. The staff were professional and caring problem solvers — 1) getting the wheel of our son’s scooter suitcase fixed that broke during our flight, 2) completing our laundry within 5 hours so we could have clean clothes before our trip in the morning, 3) arranging 3 bags of breakfast and coffee so we could have food for our long bus rides to Sa Pa and Halong Bay, 4) and making recommendations for restaurants and activities to help us enjoy our time in Ha Noi. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We hope to visit again soon.

I had such a wonderful experience with the Splendid Premium Hotel! I was in Hanoi for 12 days for a friend’s wedding and wanted to do some exploring around Northern Vietnam while I was here. So I wanted a place to feel at home and that’s exactly what this hotel made me feel. The staff is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the areas around Hanoi. When I checked in I was greeted with a cold towel, juice, and lovely snack. Hugo and Cindy sat with me to help me feel more welcome and they helped plan out the parts of my trip which was still up in the air. They helped me book day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh, which helped round off my trip perfectly! I chose the suite with city view which was super spacious, and exactly what I needed for my long term stay. The breakfast buffet was always delicious and well stocked - I liked how they rotated some of the dishes and the juices daily. The pool was refreshing after a long day of walking around the city in the scalding summer heat. The Sylvia Spa was perfect after my Ha Giang Loop tour. The staff always greeted and wished me a good day, which made me feel extra special. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan on visiting Hanoi!

Our nights spent are the Splendid Premium Hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi have been amazing and well exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in the door and was greeted and checked in by Cindy we have felt welcome and valued guests. This is a very friendly place in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi. Breakfast was really good with a good range of options including an egg service. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Over the three times we stayed we sampled three different rooms and all three were brilliant. The bed was huge. We used the pool and the rooftop bar. Both had the desired effect of relaxing us. Around the hotel is a vast array of restaurants and shopping. So this is a must try hotel. Thank you again Cindy and all the staff Cheers Darren
