All employees from driver pick up me at airport, receptionists, bellboys,waiters & waitresses serving breakfasts.. so nice and helpful to me and my family. They really made me feel “home away from home”. The only thing is as the hotel located in the old quarter of Hanoi, so is room size a tight to be 5 stars hotel (fairly should be 3,5 or 4 stars max).

The staff was the friendliest staff that we have encountered during our three week stay in Vietnam. They were so kind and thoughtful and willing to help in any way they could. The bed was soft and comfortable and the room nice and cold like we like it. They even gave me a gift bag with Vietnamese coffee as a departing gift. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Splendid Premium during our recent trip to Vietnam. Both times, we stayed in a family connecting room which accommodated our family of five. During both our stays, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always offering suggestions and asking if we needed help planning our outings. Our second stay was judt as great as our first. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends looking for a comfortable place to stay in Hanoi!

I have reviewed the Splendid Premium Hotel before as I have stayed there multiple times and loved each visit. The friendly smile of Cindy and the rest of staff is such a delight. The Splendid Premium Hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter and exactly what I wanted and this hotel was the perfect base for it.

Nice clean hotel in an excellent location. It was very convenient to many attractions, including the Thang Long Puppett Theatre, shopping street, and Ngoc Son Temple. The staff were very helpful, especially Phoebe. The breakfast was also very nice. The only drawback was the pool was not kept clean, with clothes and food left on the tables and in the pool. Otherwise, great visit. Would likely stay here again. 4.4

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was just right for our family of 4. Bathroom was fine but can be bigger and have a shower curtain. Although the hotel had some floors and rooms doing renovations, it was not much of a nuisance. We were quite happy with the hotel, especially the staff.

Ann, the hotel manager, runs a tight ship. She was on top of things: listened to feedback, made accommodations, helped with recommendations, and solved any issues we encountered. It’s a small hotel like most hotels in Hanoi but you can tell they made an effort in their furnishings and cleanliness, and they have a well-trained and cheerful staff who anticipate your needs. Breakfast was delicious. The room and bed was comfortable. And the amenities were more than sufficient. The location was fantastic. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the restaurant on the top floor offers a magnificent view of the lake. My family booked this hotel on the recommendation of our friend who stayed here last year and it did not disappount The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations suited our needs (family of 5 in the family connecting room), rooms were clean.and the location was very easy for us to navigate the city during our visit. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and were very impressed by the selection and quality. We will definitely be back!

The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. Cindy and the staff greated us every time and made us feel like VIPs. Rooms were spotless, good quality bedding, and could sleep well. Beautiful view of the lake area from the rooftop bar. The included breakfast was high quality and had a good variety. Very happy with our experience and would recommend it to any tourist looking for an excellent value in the heart of the tourist area.
