Our stay at the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, always being friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with everything from booking massages to recommending fantastic restaurants, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We were so impressed that we even extended our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. A special thanks to Antony who always responded quickly via WhatsApp whenever we had questions. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff also kindly allowed us to relax in the lobby until our flight on the last day. Thanks to their excellent service, we had a wonderful stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended.

The location of Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was perfect. It was right in the center to walk to a lot of different restaurants and attractions. The four Customer experience when you walked in when you left was A+. They made you feel at home and cared for. The rooms were a decent size and pretty. I would’ve enjoyed a larger bed. The atmosphere is really elegant as well. It’s more of an experience overall that they provide. It is a great value for your money and you’ll leave feeling better off than when you arrived. The amenities of the restaurant were perfect as well as the spa. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, greeted with refreshing drinks and cooling towels to help us unwind. Tiffany assisted us with the check in process, Our room was unbelievably. Large bed, lots of space and the bathroom was big. Travelers will always say the room is just a place to sleep but for us this room was like home.

Nestled in the heart of the Old Quarter, the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was the perfect place for us to spend our trip to Hanoi. The establishment is lovely, clean and well-maintained, but the highlight was the staff. Elsa in particular was lovely, going above and beyond to help or give recommendations. Her recommendations were fantastic and each one hit the mark (thanks Elsa). The breakfast buffet was quite good. A great selection of both Vietnamese and Western cuisine options, so there’s something for everyone. They also do Vietnamese coffee as an option which was delightful.

I travel a lot and usually don't write reviews. The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is a very nice hotel in the center of Hanoi and offers everything you would expect from a 4* hotel. However, what makes this stay special are the people working here. I could probably write a little paragraphs about ever member of the team I have met here. But who stood out the most is Antony. Antony reached out on the first day of my stay via whatsapp to inquire about my stay and offering his help. Based on my feedback he guided me to really wonderful local restaurants, temples and pagodas within and outside Hanoi. It felt like having a best friend in Hanoi with amazing local tips. Thank you.

A beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. The rooms are clean, good sized, quiet and have all amenities you'd expect. We were even given a birthday cake upon our arrival. We both agreed the coffee was even better than that served at other hotel (our prior location) and having the gym kept my wife happy.

This boutique hotel is amazing. The location is fantastic for walking around the Old quarter. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the rooms are great. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety to choose from. Andrew made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in until we left and we even got a thank you gift on the way out. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing experience here. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed. Always smiled and greeted us. Everyday they would ask if we needed anything or if they could help in any way. The restaurant was not busy at night but we had a wonderful, delicious meal. The buffet was the best one I have experienced so far. The Pho was fresh, I was able to get Vietnamese coffee every morning.

I was very polite from the time I checked in at the hotel. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast was the same little by little every day, and the delicious tropical fruit, custom-made pho soup and omelettes were delicious. After checking out, they provided us with a shower room and towels free of charge because it was a late night flight, which was great. On the way back, several people came all the way to the outside to drive us to a taxi which was very touching. It was an emotional memory to travel to a friendly country and stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. I will definitely stay at the next time.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very kind. Even after checking out, it was an evening flight, so I asked him if he wanted to work out sightseeing, and he lent me a shower and bath towels. They also offered to rent me a hairdryer. When I took a shower and relaxed, they served me cold water, and even gave me a cookie present, which I was left impressed with.

The location of the hotel is really great it is near the tourist spot, restaurants, spa etc.. The hotel especially the rooms are very clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet is so good. All of the staff are very kind and accommodating. We will sure to come back again.
