During our 11 day trip to vietnam, this was the finest hotel on the land. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of size, it also had every convenience we could want. Despite our brief stay of only two nights, the hotel graciously held our luggage for our threeday vacation after our booking ended with them. A special thank you to quoc viet for its exceptional hospitality. Another significant advantage is the location, which is in the heart of hanois old town and offers cab service from the hotel front door only on weekdays. The staff is a hidden gem, always going above and beyond to extend our hospitality, whether it be hauling our luggage, storing our luggage, or locating the greatest art galleries, they were always available with a smile on their faces. Do yourself a favor and stay here to experience what viet has to offer in hospitality!.

I recently returned to hanoi for a fiveday trip, and im so happy i stayed at this hotel. The staff at this hotel is its best feature. They are incredibly kind, accommodating, and appear to care about your wellbeing. They constantly inquire about your activities, what your plans are, suggest places, and just excellent humantohuman interactions. I appreciate how wonderful my trip was made by everyone of you! The location is the second best feature. Its centrally located. You can walk a few kilometers and find pretty much everything. Third, the room is tidy, comfortable, and provides ample sleep. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and would highly recommend it!.
