I'd like to thank David from Workmate Travel for the best arrangement of four adults and two kids to have a memorable and family bonding time. The meals and accommodation were fantastic. The weather in the spa was cold, but the people, food, and the beauty of the mountains and clouds are just fantastic. Looking forward to returning next summer. Fansipan as well has its cloud drifting along you, but the climb to 3143 Mar peak was tiring but challenging with 600 steep steps. It was a blast to sail along the Los Angeles cruise. Dai and the manager with how are always there for us. The ambience, rooms, and food are all fantastic. They are really courteous and knowledgeable. I also visited the cave. Thank you everyone for an unforgettable trip.

With my mom and sister, I stayed at the Mountain View Hotel for two nights and three days, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The location was ideal, in the heart of the spa, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, so you could actually relax and connect to the beautiful mountains that surround the town. The hotel name does it justice because our room had spectacular mountain views, and I could do yoga in the mornings. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! And the food was fantastic, definitely recommend if you visit the spa!.

We arrived after a disappointing night's stay elsewhere, so it was nice to have such excellent service. I had a problem with the first room and the lock, but they fixed the problem. We got a nice room with a great view, and they couldn't have apologized or done enough for us. The service was excellent, and the view was perfect.

The condition of the room was very clean and has a beautiful view. The staff provided a nice service. The location is very strategic, and the location of this hotel is really easy to get to and from.
